The description for Time::OlsonTZ::Data states that it should be
regularly updated, but this has not happened for over 2 years now. Has
the author lost interest?

The hiatus happened because I let the automation rot, because the
module was only in experimental use and I had a poor mental state when
it first broke. Sorry about that. I've updated the automation now:
the 0.201702 release is now on CPAN, and I expect to keep it updated
from here. The knowledge (from this ticket) that someone really wants
to use it will provide motivation to keep it updated in future. Thanks.
