A quick analysis indicates the following are declared as dependencies, but don't appear to be used anywhere:
Date::Format
Date::Parse
Math::Random::MT
HTTP::Server::Simple::CGI
Additionally, Data::Uniqid should probably be declared as a testing dependency, not a runtime one.
