Automatic downloading of btparse fails. A CPAN.pm session:

I couldn't find an acceptable version of btparse nearby, either
as a release directory (btparse-0.33 or 0.32, 0.31, 0.30)
or archive file. I'll try to download it from CPAN now.

I tried to download btparse from the following URLs:

404: Not Found
You'll have to download it yourself and put it in the current
directory or its parent.

It seems that the file is still available as (for example)
https://cpan.metacpan.org/authors/id/G/GW/GWARD/btparse-0.33.tar.gz
But maybe there are better means to satisfy this dependency?
