In Kwiki 0.36 and 0.37, using TabNav Theme html title fails on displying page title. Only shows site title.
Maybe Kwiki at version 0.36 (or later) don't use more page_id method in CGI.pm, using page_name instead.
Change line 60 in TabNav.pm v. 0.01 (http://search.cpan.org/src/DMABE/Kwiki-Theme-TabNav-0.01/lib/Kwiki/Theme/TabNav.pm) works for me:

We use Perl 5.8.4-6 in debian sarge, and Kwiki 0.36. In another machine with Perl 5.8.4-6 and Kwiki 0.37 the problem is too.
