Subject: start_SOCKS does not at all do what the docs suggest
Afraid i currently don't have the time to write a proper bug report, so please consider this more of a heads up. It appears one of the recent IO::Socket::Socks releases completely broke SOCKS support in Mojolicious. https://github.com/kraih/mojo/issues/1010
