Bug #118390 for POSIX-strptime: POSIX-strptime-0.13: make test Failed

Hello POSIX-strptime Team, I downloaded and installed this perl module on HP-UX 11iv3 on a HP Blade vpartition. I'm attaching a a file with details about this machine. Developers are using now this module.
