FreeRADIUS 3.0.11 comes with the following definitions in /usr/share/freeradius/dictionary.rfc2865:
ATTRIBUTE User-Name 1 string
ATTRIBUTE User-Password 2 string encrypt=1
The first definition loads fine, the second is incorrectly recognized as a vendor attribute and fails with
Warning: Unknown vendor encrypt=1
Considering that these are the most important attributes, this renders the whole suite unusable unless you create your own dictionary.
