Subject: Please have smokers report build phase failures as UNKNOWN
As per discussion in #cpantesters-discuss just now, apparently CPANPLUS smokers do not report anything at all for failures during the build phase. To the best of my knowledge, and corroborated by CPANPLUS code ( https://metacpan.org/source/BINGOS/CPANPLUS-0.9160/lib/CPANPLUS/Internals/Report.pm#L445-447 ) these should result in UNKNOWN reports. Since this is fairly important for dists that are very front-heavy and require a lot of fragile work in preparation for actually building the dist for the system at hand, i'd like to see this behavior reinstated.

This has since been addressed in CPANPLUS::YACSmoke I have added a test case to confirm that reports include the build failure.
