Hi,
Looking at one test failure report below:

One of the failed test is complaining about line 130 in the module Format::Util::Numbers, the logical defined-or operator is only added in 5.10 but the distribution mentioned min perl version to be 5.6.
I suggest either we use something compatible to 5.6 or upgrade the min perl version to 5.10.
