Looking at http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Crypt-Rainbow%201.0.0;reports=1#sl=3,0 for a fail/pass pattern it seems that there are no pass reports for 64bit systems (i.e. systems with archname=amd64 or x86_64).
