With at least 7.15 (possibly older) of ExtUtils::MakeMaker installed, Net::Patricia will not properly "make test" on OpenBSD or FreeBSD. Example issue: http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/537b842c-1191-11e6-9ed7-1b146f6fba58 The problem is that a test_dynamic and test_static bogus target needs to be added to the Makefile.PL in the libpatricia directory. Once this is done, it will pass "make test" just fine.
