Subject: Deprecate module?
The test suite fails since 2014, see http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=WWW-HugeURL;reports=1#sl=7,1 It seems that hugeurl.com does not exist anymore, so probably it's best to deprecate and remove the module from CPAN.
