Net::libnetFAQ license

lib/Net/libnetFAQ.pod file has this license declaration: Copyright (c) 1997-1998 Graham Barr. All rights reserved. This document is free; you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the Artistic License. while all the other files are dual-licensed as "GPL or Artistic". Would it be possible to change the license for this file to accept GPL too? Free Software Foundation <https://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html#ArtisticLicense> and Fedora Linux distribution <https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Licensing:Main?rd=Licensing#Bad_Licenses> have difficulties with the Artistic license.
