On most of my smoker systems: Output from '/bbbike/perl-5.24.0/bin/perl5.24.0 Makefile.PL': include /tmpfs/.cpan-build-cpansand/2016091218/Net-SAML2-0.18-0/inc/Module/Install.pm String found where operator expected at Makefile.PL line 37, near "author_requires 'Test::NoTabs'" (Do you need to predeclare author_requires?) String found where operator expected at Makefile.PL line 38, near "author_requires 'Test::Pod'" (Do you need to predeclare author_requires?) String found where operator expected at Makefile.PL line 39, near "author_requires 'Test::Pod::Coverage'" (Do you need to predeclare author_requires?) syntax error at Makefile.PL line 37, near "author_requires 'Test::NoTabs'" Execution of Makefile.PL aborted due to compilation errors.
