Subject: [patch] 1.01 update: add is_holidays and holidays functions, fix bugs, more
This proposed update for a 1.01 release includes the following: - Add is_holidays alias (like other Date::Holidays::* modules) - Add holidays function (like other Date::Holidays::* modules) - Add holidays_list function - Implement an optional state parameter for Inauguration Day (for DC) - Fix spelling of Inauguration Day - Still return holidays when months or years have a leading 0 (closes: rt.cpan.org#45677, rt.cpan.org#45678) - Fix New Year's 2022 (closes: rt.cpan.org#106995) Let me know if you have any questions or would like any changes. I see there has been some time between the 0.01 and 1.0 releases. Can I offer assistance maintaining this module so that it may be continue to be useful and folks can rely upon it to stay up-to-date? I have a history of careful maintenance of other Perl modules like Business::CreditCard and Business::OnlinePayment: https://search.cpan.org/~ivan My CPAN ID is IVAN. You can add me as a co-maintainer at https://pause.perl.org under Change Permissions -> 3. Making and unmaking co-maintainers -> 3.1 Make somebody else co-maintainer. Thanks for your work on D:H:USFederal and your consideration of this patch and offer of assistance. -- Ivan Kohler President and Head Geek, Freeside Internet Services, Inc. http://freeside.biz/ Debian GNU/Linux developer | CPAN author | cat person | ski addict
