Installing the distribution using CPAN.pm fails, probably due to permission problems within the tarball:
Checksum for /home/cpansand/.cpan/sources/authors/id/P/PR/PRBRENAN/Math-Modular-SquareRoot-1.001.tar.gz ok
Couldn't move /tmpfs/.cpan-build-cpansand/2016091109/tmp-21841/Math-Modular-SquareRoot-1.001/lib to /home/cpansand/.cpan/build/2016091109/Math-Modular-SquareRoot-1.001-2/lib: Permission denied
