Subject: Hash randomization (?) issue in tests
See http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Lingua-ZH-PinyinConvert%200.05 for an overview of test reports --- there's an increased probability for fail reports starting with perl 5.17.6, which indicates a hash randomization issue (on MSWin32 there are fail reports for earlier perl versions, but this could be another caused by something different).

A PERL_HASH_SEED value to get t/convert.t pass is 101.
