Subject: Old ETL-Pipeline tarball inside current ETL-Pipeline distribution
It seems that an old release of ETL-Pipeline is embedded in the current release. See https://api.metacpan.org/source/RBWOHLFAR/ETL-Pipeline-2.01 for an example. The ETL-Pipeline-2.00.tar.gz file should be removed from the distribution.
