Though the distribution is licensed under the Perl 5 license, there is no public repository listed for collaboration. Listing a public source repository (like Github or BitBucket), if possible, helps collaborators know where to send patches and can contain information on how to help development of the project.
This information would go in your META.yml file under the "resources:" section, like this example from Statocles: https://metacpan.org/source/PREACTION/Statocles-0.077/META.yml#L55-59
