I see you removed the use 5.008001; statement from this module, so it can be used with older perls (like 5.8.0). However it still has a use 5.008001; in the Makefile.PL which means even though you can use it with perl < 5.8.1, you can't install it unless you have 5.8.1 via cpan!

i noticed I'd overlooked that in January and made a new version (and did so in 3 other modules) I guess the uploads failed and I got busy and forgot to check. So I just uploaded all of them and it is resolved in File::Copy::Recursive is 0.05 Thanks for letting me know!
