Subject: No pass reports with perl >= 5.17.9
See http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=OSPF-LSDB%201.07 for an overview of test reports. Without looking further, one explanation for the fails could be the re-introduction of hash randomization in perl 5.17.6.

I have replaced the each hash enumeration with foreach on sorted hash keys in 1.08. The test results do not depend on random hash order anymore. In 1.09 I have added the dot directory to test search paths. Testers matrix looks much better now.
