This looks like an ordering issue (switches and source are swapped). Maybe it's caused by hash randomization newly introduced in perl 5.17.6, but I did not check this, and unfortunately there seem to be other errors that happen with earlier perls (like this one: http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/58b8c534-addc-11e1-9066-3d54fb7543f5 )
