XML-Twig-3.16/README: This module is free software. It may be used, redistributed and/or modified under the terms of the Perl Artistic License XML-Twig-3.16/Twig.pm: This library is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the same terms as Perl itself. But Perl is also licenced under GPLv1. And so, strictly speaking, "under Perl Artistic License" does not mean "under the same terms as Perl itself". Please clarify.
