Subject: Tests fail with lesser versions of Test2/Test::Builder
Still investigating but with some versions of Test2 and/or Test::Builder the tests for Test::Needs are failing. I will update when I pin it down to specific versions. For now a paste of the output that is given is available at http://paste.ubuntu.com/23067903/

It certainly fails with Test-Simple version 1.001014 and passes with 1.302015 which as best as I can read the changes file are the non-trial versions before and after the official Test2 release.
