This installation attempt was aborted because the hard drive ran out of space (!) -- but when cpanm-reporter ran, it recorded a PASS for a distribution that was never actually installed.
Here is the cpantesters report that was the result -- it appears as if the results for Mouse (one of the prerequisites) was used in place of the proper installation log.
