The unit test t/svn.t fails under Perl 5.22.1 with the error:
Can't locate object method "new_abs" via package "URI::file" at t/svn.t line 41.
It appears that a "use URI::file" is missing.
If URI::file included then the test fails with a bunch of errors about various tar.gz files not existing under temp directories.
Adding the line:
[GatherDir]
To the ini_template variable fixes the problem.
