Subject: Core modules and tools no longer search "." for optional modules
The failure in http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/1d09ad54-5603-11e6-ac65-139ced09dfea looks like it is affected by a change in the latest RC2 versions in perl 5.24.1 and 5.22.3 labelled in perldelta with 'Core modules and tools no longer search "." for optional modules'. Also some vendor perls have this change (e.g. in debian).

Actually turned out to be a simple lack of "use t::Colourable;", but yes the change to default @INC path going forward will become an issue. Both now fixed in latest source; will be in next release. -- Paul Evans
