Subject: Filters are needed for CPAN::Mini
CPAN::Mini is great, but lacks one important feature: the ability to filter out some modules one doesn't want/need in their minicpan. Some obvious targets: - authors: SCHUBIGER - namespaces: Acme, Bio I suppose being able to give one's subroutine for the filter would be even nicer.
