Subject: add constants for the important values
take my standard list of fancy numbers (used in the 01-raw754 and similar) and make them constants (as I did in benchULP.pl) if IEEE754 includes those named constants, make sure they match; otherwise, probably take my cue from https://metacpan.org/pod/Data::Float
