Times are returned in seconds
Hi Simon,
The documentation for LWPx-TimedHTTP says that all the times are in
microsencods but then they are calculated with gettimeofday and
tv_interval from Time::HiRes and according to their documentation
tv_interval returns a floating in microseconds.
