Incorrectly says "Bertie" is a woman's name
$ cat names
use Text::Names;
print Text::Names::guessGender("Bertie Wooster"), "\n";
$ perl names
F

Based on US census data, Bertie is much more commonly used for females. This may not reflect your regional use but this is the broadest dataset that we have (if we had access to world census data we would use this).
