Subject: t/10_pkgspec_date.t may fail
The test suite may sometimes fail, see http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=LCFG-Build-PkgSpec+0.1.0 It seems that the test suite is failing only during specific times --- e.g. on my smoker I can reproduce the failure if I set TZ=Europe/Berlin and run the test suite after midnight (or use the Time::Fake module to set a specific time).
