Subject: Unauthorized & decreasing version numbers
This release is marked as "unauthorized" at metacpan: https://metacpan.org/release/BDFOY/HTTP-Cookies-Mozilla-2.011 Probably PAUSE permissions are not set properly. Also the newer releases have lesser versions than the older ones: 2.03 > 2.011!
