Subject: String Refs Do Work
The 'Bugs' section has as its second item: * The 'string' option to new() and the syntax_mark_string() function should both accept a reference to a string as well as just a string. So far as I can tell this does actually work (see the ref calls on line 241), so it needs removing from the bugs list, and documenting as a feature. Smylers

I've checked, and it does actually work. Added a test and documented it in 0.09.
