Hello,
Line 52 (https://metacpan.org/source/DCONWAY/Keyword-Declare-0.000003/lib/Keyword/Declare.pm#L52) of Keyword::Declare uses the /r modifier that is not available until Perl 5.014+, however Keyword::Declare states a minimum Perl version of 5.012.
Surprisingly, CPAN Testers hasn't caught this and all of the 5.012 results are N/A instead of Fail. The only reason I noticed was that I declared a dependency on Keyword::Declare in https://metacpan.org/pod/Keyword::With and my TravisCI build failed for 5.012.

Thanks, Hunter.
Definitely a bug. The next release will correctly require 5.14.
Much appreciated.
