Moo 2.002002 breaks CPAN

The latest Moo release seems to break the test suite of some CPAN modules: * MooX-Options-4.022 https://github.com/celogeek/MooX-Options/issues/55 * MooX-HandlesVia-0.001008 https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=115528 * Moops-0.034 (no report) My smoker is still running, so more may follow.

Confirmed for all but MooX-Options (but you already found the reason there).
