See http://analysis.cpantesters.org/solved?distv=Cikl-0.5.1 for statistical analysis of fail reports. There are some candidates with a 100% probability (namespace::clean, Net::SSLeay, Test::Deep), but I think Test::Deep is the most likely candidate causing the failures.
