The distribution metadata needs to be refreshed as both the META.yml
and MANIFEST files refer to a different distribution
(MooseX-Types-CPF), rather than MooseX-Types-PortNumber.
The metadata (and module) also need updating to consistently refer to
the latest $VERSION of this distribution.
