Mac OSX seems to thing that chordpro.pl and chordpro.PL under the
scripts directory have the same file name, so when unzipped, chordpro.PL
is lost.
Additionally, chordpro.pl seems to depend on App::Packager, which I
can't find anywhere on CPAN or in the distribution.

Thanks for the report.
I'll rename chordpro.pl to chordpro-script.pl, and adjust chordpro.PL.
ChordPro does not depend on App::Packager, but will use it when present. Every reference to App::Packager is guarded by the conditional $App::Packager::PACKAGED, which will be false (undefined).
