Whilst packaging the Getopt-ArgParse module for Debian, the lintian tool
detected that the helper submodules do not include name/description
information in the POD that can be used by the whatis tool when
manpages for the module are produced.
The attached patch against version 1.0.6 of the module adds basic
name/description information to these files.
