It appears that the issue is with the syswrite in the _extract_file routine. If the
data being written is over 2GB in size it fails. Would it be feasible to split the datawhen it is above a ? And that size maybe should be adjustable as well.

I am currently using Archive::Tar wil ActiveState PERL 5.18 64bit on Windows 7 SP1 x64.Is there a size limitation with regards to the file being extracted? It seems that I am
encountering the error "Could not write data to" errors when the file that needs to
be extracted is over 2GB in size.
