Subject: Cannot verify server signatures on FreeBSD 5.3
On a FreeBSD the Code will not verify that server signature and disconnects immediately. Cannot provide much extra traces, due to security concerns.

Is it broken in 1.25? What's the earliest version where it works (or is there one?) If there's no version where it worked then I really can't help, there's far too little information and I don't have access to a FreeBSD box.
