Subject: Does not pass tests with recent DBIC + DBD::SQLite > 1.35
I have not investigated in depth, just leaving a step-up stone for the next poor soul trying to debug this. With DBD::SQLite 1.37+ things go sideways. I am not aware of any ordering changes in DBD::SQLite around this version, yet even with old DBIC (0.08127) the 1.35=>PASS / 1.37=>FAIL is reproducible... Sorry for the scarce details.
