open() method is used in examples in Imager.pm but not documented
the open() method is used in Imager.pm in an example, and the user is
referred to Imager::Files.
The examples should use the read method.
The method index should include open() and refer the user to
Imager::Files
Imager::Files should mention the open() method as an alias for read().
