Subject: Broken link in lib/Module/Metadata/Changes.pm Copyright POD section
Current lib/Module/Metadata/Changes.pm reads: =head1 Copyright Australian copyright (c) 2008, Ron Savage. All Programs of mine are 'OSI Certified Open Source Software'; you can redistribute them and/or modify them under the terms of The Artistic License, a copy of which is available at: http://www.opensource.org/licenses/index.html First, the <http://www.opensource.org/licenses/index.html> URL does not work. Second, the OSI lists Artistic 2.0 only <https://opensource.org/licenses/alphabetical> that you migrated from. Third, the LICENSE file refers to GPL+ or Artistic while the POD text refers to Artistic license only. I believe the POD is an old remnant that should be updated to match the LICENSE file.
