Subject: Should not extract file names with colons
Tie-File-AsHash-0.05 has filenames with '::', which is a bad character sequence (especially on Win32). Hence extraction fails. CPANPLUS should check for bad filenames and reject them.

that's /way/ beyond the scope of cpanplus -- that's os + filesystem dependant naming inside archives. i suggest you mail the author instead and tell him to use sensible names -- Jos Boumans "Time is nature's way of making sure all the sh*t doesn't happen at once" CPANPLUS http://cpanplus.sf.net
