Subject: Includes devel only prereq in normal prereq list
Compress::Zlib is listed as a prerequisite, but it is only used by a test that won't run for normal user installs. Compress::Zlib is not in core until perl 5.10, so this wastes time and means the module requires a compiler on older perl versions.
