Subject: Unexplained (accidental?) dep on PadWalker added in 1.04
PadWalker was added as a requirement in 1.04, but there's nothing in the code that directly uses it, and I couldn't find any notes explaining why it was added.

My mistake. Devel::Cycle needs it to handle code closures. I've put the requirement back and added a note.
