Subject: Bugzilla data points to Games-Solitare-Verify and other metadata regressions

Bugzilla metadata seems to have been copied from another dist:

https://metacpan.org/diff/file?target=SHLOMIF%2FTerm-Shell-0.07%2F&source=SHLOMIF%2FTerm-Shell-0.06%2F#META.yml

And there are a lot of similar metadata regressions here, including:
- META.json went away ( you need a dzil plugin for that )
- Provides went away ( you need MetaProvides::Package for that )
 

Also, seems you traded out Makefile.PL. There's not much utility in using Module::Build with Dist::Zilla, typically MakeMaker gives you the best option.
