Subject: Test fails due to deficiencies in EU::CB (outside of EU::HC's control)
I am opening a separate ticket for this, to serve as a placeholder. The tldr is: EU::CB is very unreliable wrt "false positives" (e.g. a `ln -s /bin/true cc` found in $PATH). Hence testing against it is ill-advised. See extra discussion starting from https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=113635#txn-1615937 Afaik leont is working on a fix of some sort, based on preliminary work by haarg.

No, it wasn't, it was addressed in 0.018 though. Leon
